Product page > Variant picker block.I am very pleased with the lip balm but sent an email expressing my disappointment at the amount of packaging, both the plastic and the excessive size of the cardboard box. The response I received implied that neither could be avoided. I receive far more ethical packaging from other companies, so I know it can be done. As it stands I would not buy this product again unless packaging was reviewed to reflect current zero waste/no plastic aspirations.
Hi Carol, I'm sorry to hear this. The packing chips we use are starch based and 100% biodegradable and we use brown cardboard boxes and paper tape 95% of the time. It's rare that someone only orders lip balms so we don't have an tiny boxes.
Great lip balms and soaps well made, smell great, beautifully packed and arrived quickly.
Genuinely the best lip balm I’ve ever owned, I apply it every night and my lips have never been softer. Also lasts so long as well! Really good value
